(Exchange must be for a product of equal or higher value – no refunds for lower-priced exchanges).

For user-caused damage: We support partial repair cost if the internal mechanism is damaged – you only pay for replacement labor/parts.
FOR PRE-OWNED PRODUCTS:
1-year warranty for pre-owned watches – applies only to manufacturer defects.
Maximum support offered for repairs if the issue is caused by the user.
